We are Award Winning Skin & Laser Clinics with salons in key locations including Neutral Bay, Penrith & Fairfield. Due to the expansion of our business we are seeking 2 experienced, proactive individuals who will maximise the success of our businesses in Neutral Bay & Penrith. You will be joining a venerable organisation that has successfully operated in the industry for over 25 years.

Working autonomously, you will report to the company director and be ready to get the job done efficiently and proactively. Your key strengths include extensive hands on experience and knowledge in the beauty industry plus leadership skills to lead a growing team of therapists. 

Your values include integrity, honesty, performance and fun. You will be motivated by the responsibility and accountability for the following: 

  • Managing a team of beauty/laser therapists

  • Coordinating front desk

Effectively coordinating appointment schedule to maximise daily profitability

Keeping staff organised and appointments on track

  • Monitoring, motivating and training staff to drive sales and provide exceptional service that has won us Awards year after year

  • In consultation with the company director and/or senior management managing the local marketing

  • Being responsible for all staff to achieve targets and key performance indicators

  • Undertaking or facilitating meetings and training for staff as required
